I’M HELENA
I’ve always loved cake – especially really good cake. Over the years, that love has grown into designing wedding cakes that feel as though they were always meant to be part of your day.
When you work with me, you deal with me personally from start to finish. From your first ideas through to the day itself, everything is designed around what feels right for you and your wedding. I care about making sure your cake not only feels right for your day, but tastes every bit as good as it looks.
I’m based in Bournemouth by the sea, and design modern, flavour-led wedding cakes across Dorset and Hampshire.

After talking to a few different cake suppliers and getting quotes and trying tasting boxes, we decided on Helena and in hindsight we are so pleased with our choice.
The cake was perfect on the day, looked beautiful and was absolutely delicious.
I hope I have a special occasion in the future so I can work with Helena again.

We cannot thank Helena enough for the amazing job she did on our wedding cake. I was reticent to get one at first as in my experience it always gets left un-eaten – however every slice of this beautiful cake was eaten and we had so many compliments.
From the first consultation Helena was extremely communicative making sure we were happy with the design every step of the way and she delivered a cake that not only tasted delicious but looked stunning as well.

From the very beginning, she was responsive, proactive, and truly thoughtful — making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. The final result was beyond anything we could have imagined.
The flavours were absolutely divine — Instead of traditional icing, the cake was finished with chocolate ganache — one of Helena’s signature touch that really set it apart.
Visually, the cake was stunning: adorned with gold leaf, fresh orchids, and spray roses. Every detail was executed beautifully.
We couldn’t of asked for anymore, thankyou so much for making our day so unforgettable.
