Cake has always been a big part of my life – especially really good cake.

 By Helena Jane began in 2021, when I decided to turn that love for baking into something more – combining it with the creativity that comes from designing cakes that feel completely personal to each couple.

I’ve always been drawn to colour, texture and detail, and how everything comes together to feel balanced and considered,  For me, a wedding cake should never feel separate – it should sit naturally within your day, alongside your flowers, your setting and everything you’ve chosen.

Flavour is just as important. Every cake is designed not just to look beautiful, but to taste exactly as it should – something your guests enjoy, not just to admire.

I don’t believe in one set style. Each cake is shaped around the couple it’s made for – which means no two are ever the same.
